If you have created a new group or sub-group and you find that it is not displaying in the UI directly after creation, this is due to the background processes that must run before the display can catch up.
Please allow at least 5 minutes. If you still do not see the newly created group, please contact support@atomicorp.com so that we may assist you. Please include the following information:
- Group name
- Output of the following command
ls -la /var/ossec/etc/shared
- Copy of the following log:
/var/ossec/logs/ossec.log
