If you go to Asset Management > Agent Management > Vulnerability Scanner, this is where you can run on demand scans.
Click "Live Scan" and then you can select which agents or which groups you would like to scan
Select what you want to scan and click "run Scan"
The workers will queue up and start the scan process. This can be load and time intensive depending on how many agents you are scanning
If you would prefer these scans to run during off peak hours, you can schedule a scan with the Scheduled task feature 
Once the scans are finished, go to Reporting > Event Search and click on the "Add Filter" option and in the rule IDs sections add 23503,23504,23505,23506 and then click search
Once you have the search, you will want to save the search for future use, so click on save search, name the search something such as 'Vulnerability' and then save
When you have your search results, click the export button to download the results.
